Art & Connection is excited to bring fused glass classes to our community in 2026! Join local artists Susan Smith and Ginger Hinchcliff for a morning of fun at our Fused Glass: Pendants & Pins workshop. In this intermediate level workshop, class participants will continue to hone the technical skills acquired in the Introduction to Fused Glass workshop to make fused glass jewelry - the perfect addition to your wardrobe or a fun gift for someone special! Each class participant will have the opportunity to make three (3) pieces of fused glass jewelry (either pendants or pins) using colorful glass, dichroic glass, stringers, and dots. Throughout the workshop, Susan and Ginger will encourage students to create pieces that have significance as far as colors, designs, and symbols. Share your inspiration with your classmates, all in a safe and welcoming environment, and leave with some truly unique pieces off jewelry that are sure to add some bling to your wardrobe! Ages 16+ Any student who has taken a fused glass class at Art & Connection during 2026 is eligible to register for this workshop. Please note, you must have completed the Introduction to Fused Glass workshop as a prerequisite in order to register for this class. All finished fused glass pieces will be available for pickup one week after the completion of the class.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your registration for a class up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class. No-shows, who haven’t notified us, lose the right to register for another event for 60 days (except for extenuating circumstances). Please be mindful that most of our classes have a waitlist. No-shows prevent others from having the opportunity to attend these classes. To cancel, please call us at (231)498-2522. Class Cancellations: Art and Connection reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment (minimum of five (5) students per class). Registrants will be notified. We will make every effort to reschedule a class when an instructor cancels but due to space and other classes we may be unable to re-schedule.
