Patty Clark
Medium
Fiber Art and Wool Felting

Patty is a fiber artist who uses wool and other natural materials to create representations of the natural world in the form of ‘paintings’. This ancient art form has been used by many cultures to create clothing, rugs, housing and art. The tactile experience of wool is calming and connects us to the natural world in a way that is grounding and elevating at the same time.

Tena Evans
Medium
Acrylic Painting and Mixed Media

Tena is a Traverse City native, and a graduate of Kendall School of Design. Her love of the outdoors is depicted in all forms of her artwork. While acrylic is her main choice of medium, she also works in watercolor, oils, stain glass mosaics, and rice paper batiks. When not in her home studio, she can be found in her garden, on the golf course, or out hiking on a trail!

Elizabeth Manning
Medium
Watercolors and Mixed Media

Elizabeth's love for Michigan’s wild natural places, critters, and plants is central to her artwork. While much of her professional work is completed in her home studio, you can often find Elizabeth with her “art backpack” on the hiking trails of Michigan doing plein air studies.

Michele Scott
Medium
Mixed Media

Michele is a lifelong creator who combines her background of interior design with over 20 years of experience as a floral designer. As the owner of her own flower shop, she developed a deep understanding of composition, color, and texture - skills that translate beautifully into her art teaching. Having lived in Northern MI for more than 40 years, she draws inspiration from her surroundings. Michele works confidently across a variety of art mediums, always eager to explore new techniques and materials. Teaching is her true passion, and she loves inspiring others to express themselves through creative, hands-on projects.

Susan Smith
Medium
Fused Glass and Mosaic

Susan began working with fused glass over 20 years ago, which then led to an interest in mosaic art. It brings her great joy to share her love of both fused glass and mosaic art through teaching and creating pieces that reflect her love of color, whimsy and northern Michigan. She currently works out of her home studio, located on a small lake in Williamsburg.
