Presented by Art Rapids and hosted by Art & Connection: Let your child's creativity reach new heights at the 3rd annual Art Rapids' Spring Showcase: Youth Art Event K-5! Led by Wendy McWhorter, Lakeland Elementary and Mill Creek Academy students are invited to join us at Art & Connection for a special class to draw and paint a fish, as colorful and unique as they are! Each participant will have their fish showcased during May in an Elk Rapids business window. Parents/Guardians will receive an email after the showcase with the name of the business where their child's artwork is located. Artwork will be returned to their school in June for pickup before the end of the school year. Registration is limited - don't miss this opportunity for your child to express themselves artistically and be part of this exciting event! We will hold five 1 hour sessions from 10 am to 3 pm. (10:00-11:00, 11:00-12:00, 12:00-1:00, 1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00) All materials will be provided. ** This event is open to students of the Elk Rapids School District (Lakeland Elementary and Mill Creek Academy) as well as homeschooled students in the Elk Rapids area. Students outside of this district will be asked to join the waitlist. PARENTS/GUARDIANS PLEASE READ: Please sign your child up for only 1 session. *If registering more than 1 child, register them individually. When registering your child, please include your name and information in the given fields - at the bottom of the form will be space for you to include your child's name and information.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your registration for a class up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class. No-shows, who haven’t notified us, lose the right to register for another event for 60 days (except for extenuating circumstances). Please be mindful that most of our classes have a waitlist. No-shows prevent others from having the opportunity to attend these classes. To cancel, please call us at (231)498-2522. Class Cancellations: Art and Connection reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment (minimum of five (5) students per class). Registrants will be notified. We will make every effort to reschedule a class when an instructor cancels but due to space and other classes we may be unable to re-schedule.
