Get ready to bring a touch of nature into your home in our Red Breasted Robin acrylic painting on wood workshop, led by instructor Tena Evans. In this class, you'll be painting the beloved Robin - which holds a special place in the hearts of Michigan residents as the Red Breasted Robin is our official state bird. Tena will teach class participants how to create texture with acrylic paint to add depth and dimension. Whether you are aiming for a rough, gritty surface or a smooth, intricate design, understanding various painting techniques will help you achieve the desired effect to make your piece truly one-of-a-kind. Ages 16+ *A template will be provided. Class participants may choose to bring a different pattern if they do not want to use the one provided.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your registration for a class up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class. No-shows, who haven’t notified us, lose the right to register for another event for 60 days (except for extenuating circumstances). Please be mindful that most of our classes have a waitlist. No-shows prevent others from having the opportunity to attend these classes. To cancel, please call us at (231)498-2522. Class Cancellations: Art and Connection reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment (minimum of five (5) students per class). Registrants will be notified. We will make every effort to reschedule a class when an instructor cancels but due to space and other classes we may be unable to re-schedule.
