Crushed Glass & Resin Holiday Workshop
[EVENING CLASS] Join instructor Morgan Davis to create a unique glass and resin masterpiece
Service Description
Join us for our Crushed Glass & Resin Holiday workshop, where Art & Connection’s own Morgan Davis will lead you through creating a mixed media holiday themed piece of artwork on a framed wood board. This class will cover the basics of resin art and acrylic painting, and is suitable for any beginner. In this workshop, you will decorate your own framed board by adding paint, crushed glass, and seasonal embellishments. Finish off your piece with epoxy resin, which will turn this plain framed board into a beautiful holiday masterpiece. Morgan will lead class participants through the resin process, including how to conduct a successful resin pour, from measuring, mixing to limit the amount air bubbles, and the process of a resin pour. Once you are finished with your piece, you will have a unique piece of holiday art that you can enjoy year after year, or gift to someone special in your life! Ages 16+ If you have taken a previous glass and resin class this year, please call and add your name to the waitlist, so that others may learn this medium. Class participants should bring a reference photo or idea with them to class of what they would like to create - the subject matter is up to you, as long as it is holiday themed!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your registration for a class up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class. No-shows, who haven’t notified us, lose the right to register for another event for 60 days (except for extenuating circumstances). Please be mindful that most of our classes have a waitlist. No-shows prevent others from having the opportunity to attend these classes. To cancel, please call us at (231)498-2522. Class Cancellations: Art and Connection reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment (minimum of five (5) students per class). Registrants will be notified. We will make every effort to reschedule a class when an instructor cancels but due to space and other classes we may be unable to re-schedule.
